Terms & Conditions: For Online Purchases

The following is a list of terms and conditions that answers common questions about ordering items from our online or printed catalog. Please read through these terms carefully before placing your order. All purchases are subject to our terms & conditions.

Pricing

Prices are in Canadian Dollars and do not include taxes, shipping or handling. U.S. and International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. All products, prices, descriptions, photos and quantities are subject to change without prior notice.  Payments can be made by Visa or MasterCard, your address and credit card billing address must match and will be verified.  In order to comply with  Canadian and provincial sales tax, GST, HST and PST  will be added to your order.  We make every effort to maintain accurate prices.  Errors in product descriptions, weights, prices, and photography are unintentional and are subject to correction. Prices are subject to market conditions and therefore may change without prior notice. 


ORDERING INFORMATION

Purchases online are considered orders or requests for products with deposits and are non contractual until terms and conditions and shipping policy's are accepted. Invoices will only be issued once the product is shipped.   

Online Account

Opening an account online with us will save you time on future orders. Registered customers do not have to re-enter their personal information each time they make a purchase. Plus, they will be notified of updates, promotions, sales and personalized memos, information, news and pricing. 

Products & Pricing from our  Catalog

In the search box at the top of the home page, type in the part number or phrase that are relevant to your search. The search engine will then show a list of products that meet your search query. Not all items are in stock readily available for shipment, items may be out of stock, or subject to a manufacturer’s delay or discontinued before they have been removed from the site; a Customer Service Representative will notify you. 

Applying Coupons & Gifts Cards

You can redeem coupons by entering it in the promotional code field in the shopping cart at checkout.  Some coupons are exclusive and cannot be combined. Gift Cards can also be redeemed online by entering the certificate number in the promotional code field at checkout. 

Change or Cancel Order

You may make changes or cancel your order by contacting us with your full name, address and order number only if your order has not  been shipped.

RETURN POLICY

We stand behind everything we sell. If for Any Reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of purchase. All Goods returned within 30 days of purchase must be unused and in original packaging. That includes any tags, product manuals, additional parts that came with the product. We are happy to accept your unwanted item however, we must be able to sell it to someone else. So please return products complete. Incomplete or damaged items will be returned to you at your expense and or charges will Be Applied.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, except in an instance where we have made a shipping error, we will then send you a return postage label. Merchandise is guaranteed by the manufacturer against defects. Kindly Contact our customer service agents for applicable warranty information. Final sales, no exchanges or credits under any circumstances apply on the following products: drop ship items, clearance items, all electronics, gauges, compasses and binoculars, cut materials such as rope, wire, hoses, carpets, fabrics, vinyl, mica, electrical components and their parts, electrical motor parts, invertors and generators, batteries and chargers as well as close-outs, discontinued items, specially ordered items and items that may be copied, books, maps, manuals etc.. If these items are found to be damaged or defective, you must notify us by email Within 10 days for replacement. Returns from International orders may be subject to duties, taxes and brokerage fees to be paid prior to a credit being  issued. We can not accept returns older than 30 days. Please note: Products not mentioned above purchased in the off-season (November 1st through April 30th)  may be returned prior to June 1st providing they have been unopened and not used as per our return policy.



WARRANTY

Defective items covered by warranty will Be replaced or repaired as per the manufacturer's warranty policy. Most manufacturers request  that you contact them first before returning an item, often they may solve the problem quickly and easily over the phone and will save you the trouble of having to return it. If you believe a product is defective, please first call the manufacturer's phone number listed in the item's packaging materials or through our manufacturer's link is our website. If the manufacturer can not solve the problem over the phone, They will we advise you what to do next whether it be working through Marine Mart Inc. or directly dealing with an authorized service center.
