This 1" black female Velcro band is designed for sewing onto fabrics and is sold by the foot. Ideal for marine upholstery and other applications where water resistance and durability are important.
The fastening strength increases with pressure and is maintained even after exposure to water. Suitable for sterilization and high-temperature use.
- Sold by the foot (50 yards per roll)
- Water resistant; retains 50% strength when wet, 100% when dry
- Maximum shrinkage: 4%
- Can be sterilized or autoclaved
- Melting temperature: 204°C (399°F); iron safe up to 163°C (325°F)
