Shipping & Delivery policy are considered part of the "Terms and Conditions" for online purchases.


15.98$ shipping applies to all orders with unregulated products having a maximum size and weight of 40x40x40 (cm) and 5 kg shipped within Quebec and Ontario to non-remote areas, also providing the shipping cost does not exceed 40% of the order value . 

Shipping charges must be added to all other orders.

Extra shipping charges must be added as a separate order. After submitting your order, we will email you with the extra shipping charge depending on the products.

If extra shipping charges are not accepted, the order(s) will be cancelled and refunded. All orders less than 25 kg and 1.8m long are shipped by Dicom Express (Regional: 1-3 days, National: 2-7 days) If you have a preferred method of transport, please contact us. Additional fees and restrictions will apply for parcels that are oversize, overweight and for hazardous goods, orders shipped internationally, drop shipments, and to remote locations in Canada. Orders over 25 kg and longer than 1.8m will be shipped by the most economical transport. We will contact you for extra prior to shipment. 

We utilize the best rate available from Dicom Express with no commission charges. Postal rates are subject change without notice.


Total Delivery Time

Because not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, and because we ship from different warehouses across Canada you may not necessarily receive your order in 1-3 days or all items in the same shipment. Please be aware that there is no weekend pickup or delivery with Dicom Express.


Actual Delivery Date

If multiple items are ordered, they may ship from different locations or may be expedited when ordered, so items may arrive at different times.


Shipping Delays and Product Availability

While we make every attempt to fill all orders placed, not all items are in stock readily available for shipment because of the seasonality of the industry. Orders may be delayed or items out of stock as your order is placed out of season (September to April) or subject to a manufacturer’s delay or discontinued before they have been removed from the site. Finally , some items may get sold out during high season. If you do not wish to wait more than 60 days, you may request a cancellation for your order or back-ordered part, provided that the item(s) has not shipped. If we do not receive any notice from you before we ship the items, we will consider that you accept the delivery time of up to 60 days.

If we cannot deliver your in-season item (s) within 60 days of the order date, delay notice or back-order notification, a cancellation will be processed automatically and you will receive a prompt refund for any unshipped portion of your order, if you had been charged. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.
