Patented 4½" (11.4 cm) magnesium anode rod, with drain valve, for Atwood style aluminum water heaters. ½" (12.7 mm) threaded anode head is provided to replace the original drain valve allowing you to prolong the life of your water heater tank by absorbing corrosion.
