the bowl seal is crucial for your head and system. the bowl seal seals the bowl from the rest of the system, keeping water in the bowl, and keeping the vacuum ready to go. this item includes two seperate seals, known as the ball seal, and the bowl seal. both are necessary for proper function. if your head only has one seal, it will not function properly.
